Bliss Social connects brands with vetted creators for branded content. By using Bliss Social you agree to use it honestly, to be who you say you are, and to treat the people you work with well. Bliss Social is operated by Bliss Social Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17439719), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. Bliss Social Ltd is not VAT registered.
Brands post briefs and pay for the content they agree to. Creators deliver the work they commit to. Each brief sets the price per piece of content, how many pieces are wanted, and the usage rights that come with them. The rate you see when you commit is the rate that applies.
A brand can run a campaign itself (self-serve): it posts the brief, chooses creators, and reviews the content. Or Bliss can run it for the brand (Bliss-managed): Bliss agrees a budget with the brand, sources and selects the creators, and reviews the content on the brand's behalf. Which one applies is clear on each campaign.
Payments run through the platform. On a self-serve campaign the brand pays for its chosen creators when it confirms the selection. On a Bliss-managed campaign the brand pays the agreed budget up front, when it accepts the budget, before any work begins. Creators are paid for work that has been approved. The figures for each campaign are shown before anyone commits.
When a creator is paid for approved work, Bliss deducts a small payment processing fee from that payout, and the creator receives the rest. The fee covers the cost of processing the campaign's payments, shared between the creators on that campaign. As an estimate only, it currently works out at between 3.5% and 5.25% of the creator's rate, depending on the campaign. That range is a guide, not a fixed rate. The exact amount is shown on the creator's invoice, and the rate that applies to a campaign is the one set when that campaign is published (a later change never applies to work already agreed). Creators are paid by transfer to the bank details in their profile.
When a creator is paid for approved work, Bliss raises the invoice on the creator's behalf. This is called a self-billing arrangement, and by accepting these terms the creator agrees to it. It means the creator never has to raise an invoice, and Bliss uses the banking and legal details provided in their profile. That invoice reflects the payout after the payment processing fee above. The creator agrees to keep those details accurate, to tell us if their tax status changes, and not to raise a separate invoice for the same work.
Brands and creators are reviewed before they can operate, so Bliss stays a place you can trust. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms.
